Transforming Systems, Strengthening Connections, Driving Growth

At Poly Postal Packaging, I have carved out a multifaceted role that bridges account management, marketing innovation, and operational development. As the company’s first dedicated account manager, I’ve introduced transformative strategies that have reshaped customer retention and driven significant revenue growth. Beyond account management, I’ve contributed to marketing campaigns, customer service enhancements, and the development of tailored tools that streamline operations and deliver measurable results.

This case study explores how psychology-driven marketing, data-informed decision-making, and commitment to innovation have led to impactful outcomes. From creating bespoke tools like the RFQ management system to crafting campaigns rooted in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, my journey exemplifies the power of combining creativity, strategy, and purpose to achieve sustainable growth. This post delves into the specifics of these initiatives and their contributions to Poly Postal Packaging’s success.

The Box Selector Tool

This is an online resource, self-hosted by Poly Postal Packaging, featuring a built-in flowchart tool designed with secure JavaScript. It helps users quickly navigate to the best product for their needs. With six levels of selection, the tool provides a total of 512 possible options or results.

The real advantage of this tool is that users don’t have to sift through all 512 products manually to find the right one. Instead, the flowchart guides them step-by-step, saving time and ensuring they land on the most suitable option effortlessly.

FlexiTime V1.5

FlexiTime is a simple yet brilliant time management tool designed to make tracking work hours, breaks, and overtime a breeze. I designed and developed it myself, with the aim of helping businesses save time and manage staff more efficiently.

The tool is super easy to use. Employees can clock in and out without any hassle, and breaks are logged with just a click. There’s no more faffing about with manual calculations—everything is automated. It even generates reports in real-time, so you’ll have a clear picture of attendance, overtime, and productivity at a glance. You can export these as PDFs if you need to share or save them.

FlexiTime isn’t just about saving time; it’s about getting it right. Built-in error handling flags missed entries or odd data, and there’s an override option for when you need to adjust things. Plus, it integrates nicely with existing business processes, so there’s no need to rework what’s already in place.

What makes FlexiTime worth your attention? For starters, it takes the pain out of admin. By automating time tracking and reporting, it cuts out human error and keeps everything compliant with labour laws and break policies. It’s also a handy tool for spotting patterns in employee time usage, helping you find ways to improve efficiency without extra effort.

The best part? It’s flexible and scales with your business. Whether you’ve got a small team or a growing organisation, FlexiTime will fit in seamlessly.

At the end of the day, FlexiTime isn’t just about tracking hours; it’s about freeing up yours. Let me know if you’d like to give it a go—I’d love to show you how it can make life easier for you and your team!
