I began my career in retail and hospitality, where I developed the ability to connect with people and solve problems creatively. These early experiences shaped my understanding of customer needs and laid the foundation for my marketing strategy “HypeCurve”. As I progressed into sales and leadership roles, I honed my talent for inspiring teams and crafting strategies that deliver results.

My work with Drone Optix and Lincolnshire Drone Repairs allowed me to communicate technical solutions in relatable ways while expanding my expertise into digital marketing, SEO, and content creation. From building tools like FlexiTime to mastering AI use, robotics, and design, I have focused on streamlining processes and driving impact.

April 2024 - Present

At Poly Postal Packaging, I’ve brought together my expertise in marketing and account management to drive business growth. I focus on creating tailored solutions for clients, from eco-friendly packaging campaigns to strategic marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility. I’ve also implemented digital marketing strategies, including SEO and paid ads, to optimise campaigns and deliver measurable results. By fostering strong client relationships and working collaboratively with the team, I’ve helped align marketing efforts with broader business goals, ensuring sustainable success.

January 2023 - April 2024

At Lincolnshire Drone Repairs, I turned my passion for technology into a full time job and a well know and trusted service for clients. I diagnose and repair drones, ensuring they are back in the air quickly and safely. Beyond technical expertise, I’ve also expanded the business’s digital presence by optimising the website for SEO and integrating an online shop. This has made the business a go to resource for both repairs and drone accessories. My focus has always been on delivering reliability, building customer trust, and continuously improving the service.

April 2021 - January 2023

During my time at Drone Optix, I delivered high-quality repair services while supporting the sales team with tailored product recommendations. I worked closely with clients to ensure their needs were met, building strong relationships and enhancing the customer experience. My ability to balance technical precision with clear communication allowed me to connect with clients, troubleshoot issues effectively, and deliver solutions that made a tangible difference.

January 2018 - April 2021

At OrderWise, I began as a Moodle content creator, leveraging my full understanding of web development to design and manage an engaging e-learning platform. I created badges, challenging questions, and answers to ensure the learning process was thorough and effective, promoting deep understanding among users. I was later promoted to oversee all customer-facing training, developing how-to videos, internal training materials, and voice-over scripts.

I conducted in-depth research into various software modules to gain a comprehensive understanding, allowing me to confidently train clients and staff on their use. From drawing illustrations for animations to implementing innovative learning strategies, I ensured technical concepts were accessible and engaging. By blending creativity with technical expertise, I designed and delivered training resources that empowered users to master the software and achieve their goals.

May 2012 - December 2015

As a Sales Manager at CEX, I achieved the company’s highest-ever membership sign-ups in a single day. This role honed my ability to understand customer needs, develop innovative sales strategies, and lead a team to success. I worked closely with team members to improve their sales techniques, ensuring everyone reached their potential. My focus was always on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue and achieving company goals.
